More than 400 vehicles were wheel-clamped in Antipolo City during the first half of 2017.
This is after Antipolo City Mayor Jun Ynares strictly implemented an ordinance against illegal parking in the city.
Up to now, there are14 wheel-clamped vehicles that are still in the impounding area.
The ordinance aims to lessen traffic congestion and improve the traffic flow in Antipolo City’s major thoroughfares.
The Antipolo politiko said the wheel clamp policy will hopefully impose better discipline among the city’s drivers.
