Mag ate? Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte affirm their cities’ sisterhood
Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla recently met with presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte to renew their cities’ sisterhood.
The agreement was first signed in 2016 by the Sara’s father, then Davao City Mayor and now President Rodrigo Duterte, and then Bacoor Mayor Strike Revilla.
It is intended to foster cooperation between the two cities, especially on matters including trade and industry. They could also exchange plans and programs..
Looks like Lani and Inday will make a good sisterly pair.
“Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla paid a visit to Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte as part of the renewal of ties of the Sister City Agreement between Davao City and the City of Bacoor. Mayor Lani was accompanied by Bacoor City Administrator Jerome Oliveros, LEIPO Jo Ricardo, her daughter Inah del Rosario, Inah’s mother in law Bobi da Roza, and the Protocol Officer of President Rodrigo Duterte Fides Castaneda,” the Bacoor city government posted on its Facebook page.
