Pang international! Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal shares his city’s best disaster risk preps in intl forum

It’s not just the Philippines that can learn from Legazpi City’s programs to mitigate the damage brought by natural disasters.

The rest of the world can do so as well.

Legazpi City Mayor Noel Rosal was recently in Germany for the COP23, where he presented Legazpi’s best practices on disaster risk reduction and discussed what cities can do to to help the Philippines address natural disasters

He was also the focal person of the League of Cities of the Philippines for climate change.

“just now….In bonn,germany,COP23,presentation of Legazpi city and at the same time as the focal person for climate change of the league of cities of the phils(LCP).presented the best practices of Legazpi city in disaster risk reductions and the many interventions that we have done and the role of the cities in the adaptation amd mitigation programs of the phils,” he posted on Facebook.
