Remulla-owned Island Cove to close on July 28
The Remulla clan said the 36-hectare Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park (ICHLP) will shut down on July 28 after 20 years in operations.
Island Corp. Managing Director Gilbert Remulla said the closure is in line with the purchase conditions of the new owner.
“It has been a pleasure serving our guests and clients as well as working with our partners over the past 2 decades,” Island Cove management said in a statement.
Rumors have been swirling that the Cavite politiko clan has already sold the tourism facility to still unidentified owners.
The Remullas supposedly want to focus on politics.
